Cahill joins England injury list
Roy Hodgson fears defender Gary Cahill will be ruled out of EURO 2012 with a broken jaw.
Cahill is having a CT scan on the injury, with the results expected to be known later this evening.
Hodgson is crossing his fingers the results are positive.
However, his initial worry after Cahill was shoved into goalkeeper Joe Hart by Dries Mertens during the early stages of the 1-0 win over Belgium at Wembley was that the Chelsea man was in trouble.
As Hodgson brought his standby defender, Phil Jagielka, in for Barry, it will leave him with a major dilemma about who to select as another defender.
He did bring in Liverpool's uncapped Martin Kelly to train last week when Glen Johnson was struggling with a bruised toe.
Kelly is a clear possibility. However, that would mean Phil Jones covering a central defensive position, with Joleon Lescott the potential partner for John Terry when England open their Group D campaign against France in Donetsk on 11 June - even though both prefer to play on the left-hand side of defence.
Another option would be Rio Ferdinand, although the political sensitivities of that are clearly enormous.

Baros worry for Czechs
Czech Republic striker Milan Baros could be out of EURO 2012 with a suspected thigh strain.
The ex-Liverpool man is a key part of Michal Bilek's squad and was in line to start their opening game against Russia in Wroclaw on Friday.
Galatasaray man Baros, who has scored 41 goals in his international career, picked up a potentially tournament-ending injury while training with the national side on Tuesday.
Olic ruled out of EURO 2012
Croatia were dealt a major blow when striker Ivica Olic was ruled out of EURO 2012 after sustaining an injury against Norway in a friendly. Scans have revealed the full extent of the departing Bayern Munchen frontman's thigh injury and he is expected to be out of action for between 4 and 6 weeks.
His place in the Croatia squad, who provide the Republic of Ireland's first opponents in Group C, will be taken by Dnipro's Nikola Kalinic.
Olic, who will join VfL Wolfsburg, was due to fly home from Croatia's training camp in Munchen on Monday night.
The Croatians open their campaign against Ireland in Poznan on Sunday evening.

Poland vs Greece preview
Captain Jakub Blaszczykowski believes Poland can cause some havoc at EURO 2012 but knows the Greece opener is crucial.
The European Championships co-host head into Friday's opening match against Greece as the lowest-ranked team in the tournament but Blaszczykowski is confident Poland can have some success at EURO 2012.
It is widely regarded as the easiest group at the continental championships, which has put added pressure on the Poles to step up at home but Blaszczykowski, who is known as "Kuba", has warned his team-mates that they must focus on Greece first.
Poland and Russia have a turbulent political history and plenty of Polish fans are excited about their team's second group stages clash on Tuesday but Blaszczykowski will not allow his players to do that.
The 26-year-old captain is one of 3 Borussia Dortmund players in the Polish squad and all of them will play a key role at EURO 2012.
Blaszczykowski is joined by striker Robert Lewandowski and full-back Lukasz Piszczek.
Lewandowski will be critical to Poland's chances of success in only their second European Championships.
The tall striker scored 30 goals for Dortmund as they won the Bundesliga and Cup double last season and will be Poland's best goal-scoring option.
Poland will have to work hard on Friday, however, to give Lewandowski goal-scoring opportunities as they take on Greece who were one of the best defensive sides in qualifying for EURO 2012.
Greece conceded just 5 goals in their 10 qualifying matches as they remained undefeated to top Group F, with only Italy (2 goals) France and Russia (4 goals each) letting in less.
Czech Republic vs Russia preview
The Czech Republic heads into battle with old enemy Russia in Friday's EURO 2012 opener, with striker Milan Baros battling to be fit.
The Galatasaray front man strained a muscle in training on Tuesday running a scare through the camp despite later scans revealing no major damage for the 30-year-old.
Baros, the top scorer at EURO 2004, has bagged 41 goals at international level and is one of coach Michal Bilek's leading men along with Premier League stars Petr Cech and captain Tomas Rosicky, who has recovered from a calf injury.
Czech Republic team manager Vladimir Smicer will have fond memories of the two countries' last meeting at EURO 1996, when his late goal salvaged a 3-3 draw to put the Czechs through and eliminate Russia.
The Czechs were eventual runners-up at that tournament and again will be confident of going far this time around with Group A providing the easiest platform of the 4 groups to do so.
Russia may well prove the stiffest of opponents in a weaker group also including EURO 2004 winners Greece and hosts Poland.
All four are dangers to one another in an even group but Dick Advocaat's Russia, on the back of a 14-game unbeaten streak, are sure to pose problems for a young Czech side.
A 3-0 defeat of Italy in Zurich last Friday completed Russia's excellent preparations for the tournament and reminded opponents of their impending threat.
Key to the side's cohesion is the fact that as many as 7 players including goalkeeper Vyacheslav Malafeev, defender Alexandr Anyukov, midfielders Roman Shirokov, Igor Denisov and Konstantin Zyryanov and forwards in captain Andrei Arshavin and Aleksandr Kerzhakov played in Zenit Sankt Petersburg's title winning side in this season's Russian Premier League.
Malafeev could get the nod in goal on Friday with first choice 'keeper Igor Akinfeev battling to overcome a knee injury.

Pirlo erases fitness doubts
Italy midfielder Andrea Pirlo eased fears about his fitness as he returned to training on Thursday after missing Wednesday's session.
The 33-year was absent from the practice field on Wednesday as the team were put through their paces due to concerns over a bruised calf.
However, he has now laid to rest any fears over his condition and will be in line to play in the Group C opener against Spain on Sunday.
Cagliari defender Davide Astori has been drafted into the squad this week as cover for Andrea Barzagli, as the Juve player also battles against a calf strain.
A decision will be made on his fitness on Friday.
Albiol: Spain relish favourites tag
Spain defender Raul Albiol does not feel that the tag of being favourites coming into the tournament will have a detrimental effect on the team.
"We love being favourites, because we have earned it," the centre-half told the Spanish Football Federation's website. "It took us many years to achieve.
"But the team knows they have to maintain the same humility and the same work they have carried in recent years. This is what won us a World Cup, as well as the footballing talent of each player."
Spain open their competition against Italy, their toughest rivals in the group.
Plagued by a major betting scandal back home and having had to even withdraw first-choice full back Domenico Criscito due to his involvement, the Italians are in shambles. Their misery was compunded by a 3-0 defeat to Russia in the final warm-up game before the Euros.
However, Albiol is refusing to rule out the threat the Azzurri pose and expects a tough match.
"Italy is a tough opponent; they are very competitive in these tournaments," the 26-year-old warned. "There is a rivalry between us and, therefore, it will not be easy."
M'Vila unlikely to face England
France national team doctor Fabrice Bryand says Yann M'Vila is a serious doubt for his team's EURO 2012 opener against England on Monday.
The Rennais midfielder has been in a race against time to regain match fitness for the tournament after sustaining an ankle injury in France's 2-0 friendly win over Serbia on 31 May.
"We are doing our best to make him fit", Bryand told RMC.
"His sprained ankle is healing very quickly and in a spectacular way."
"But right now we are not optimistic about his involvement in the match against England."
M'Vila, who broke into the Rennais' first team in 2009, has 19 appearances to his name for France.

Fit Barzagli stays with Italy
Italy doctor Enrico Castellacci said Andrea Barzagli will be retained for EURO 2012, having made considerable progress from injury.
The 31-year-old's involvement in the tournament had been in serious doubt after he picked up a calf strain which threatened to keep him on the sidelines for 20 days.
As a result, Davide Astori was asked to cut short his holiday in Miami and join up with the rest of the squad on stand by, but the Cagliari defender has now been allowed to return home.
Knee injury ends defender's tournament
Greece defender Avraam Papadopoulos will play no further part in EURO 2012 after suffering a knee ligament injury.
Papadopoulos, 27-year-old, appeared to be struggling early in the 1-1 draw with Poland in Warsaw, before being replaced in the 37th minute by namesake Kyriakos Papadopoulos.
Scans have diagnosed the injury as a torn ligament in his knee, with the Hellenic Football Federation announcing that the Olympiacos defender is to undergo surgery.
Papadopoulous will return to Athens later on Saturday.
The news comes as a major blow for coach Fernando Santos, with the 34-times capped defender missing the duration of the tournament.
His replacement, Kyriakos, only made his ninth appearance for the national team after coming on as a first half substitute.
Greece will also be without fellow defender Sokratis Papastathopoulos who was sent off in the first half.
Ronaldo fine with German penalties
Portugal skipper Cristiano Ronaldo insists he will not shy away from taking a penalty against Germany during Saturday's Group B clash at Euro 2012.
"I took penalities very well during the season." Ronaldo told reporters.
"You have to give credit to the goalkeepers who defended my penalties.
"Tomorrow [Saturday], if there is a penalty, I will be the one to take it. I will try to do my best."
"We are here to compete against one of the strongest teams of the tournament," he said.
"We want to compete and enjoy this. I am confident that we will play a great game.
"I do not feel any anxiety and I do not see it in our players. Our team is fine and prepared.
"Germany are strong contenders for the Euro title. They have shown that they are an excellent side, with great players. Germany are not solely based on individual talent.
"In such a short tournament, the team which is physically best and tactically strongest will win. I hope that Portugal will be that team.
"I hope that we will make a great campaign. We will try to go as far as possible."
"German clash is crucial"
Rafael van der Vaart said Holland's next EURO 2012 encounter against bitter rivals Germany will be "like a final".
Bert van Marwijk's side were shocked in their opening Group B match, as they slipped to a 1-0 defeat to Denmark on Saturday.
And Tottenham Hotspur playmaker van der Vaart said the Dutch must win both of their remaining games - against Germany and Portugal - if they are to reach the next stage.
"The Germany game on Wednesday is now like a final for us", the former Real Madrid man told goal.com.
"We have two finals but if we lose the first one, we are out of the competition."
"It's a massive game. That's all I can say. It's painful because we thought we had to win against Denmark and it was a very hard defeat to take."
The Dutch players were shocked as they lost to Michael Krohn-Dehli's 24th-minute strike despite dominating most of the match and creating several chances.
Van der Vaart admits qualification for the next round appears difficult, but said that the squad will draw inspiration now from the fact that Oranje lost their opening match at EURO 1988, but still won the tournament.
"There were no words in the dressing room", Van der Vaart added.
"We are a long way from the next round but I believe we lost the first game in 1988 and that tournament finished well for us."
"Hopefully we can do the same. We can still win but it will be more difficult now."
"It was a shock, people would say that when they compare Denmark with Holland. It's unbelievable. They had one chance, maybe two. It was hard to take because we had so many chances."

Russia fans deported from EURO 2012
2 Russia fans have been deported in connection with the violent clashes that overshadowed the country's EURO 2012 game against Poland.
The violence flared during a march celebrating Russia's national day on 12 June, with close to 200 people ultimately detained by local police after running battles between rival supporters.
And it has now been confirmed that 2 guilty members of the riots have been deported from Poland.
"2 Russian Federation citizens have been ordered to leave Poland's territory... the banishment will take place today", Ivetta Bialy, a spokesperson for the Warsaw regional governor confirmed.
Punishments ranging from a €115 fine to 5 months in prison were handed out on Thursday to many of those arrested for the street violence.
UEFA moved quickly to condemn the violence, having already fined the Russian Football Union for the behaviour of their supporters during their meeting with Czech Republic on 8 June.
