Nvidia has launched a new card under its upcoming 300 series family moniker, but rebranding old hardware is the name of the game here (again).

After all the negative press surrounding it's rebranding of the 8800 series into the 9800 series into the GT250, you'd think they'd get the message, but apparently not. Still, this card is so low-end that i doubt anyone will blow a fuse over it.

Don't get too excited, though, as the first 300-series product is a low-end solution that's currently available to OEMs only. Dubbed the GeForce 310, the card isn't based on the upcoming Fermi architecture and is instead a basic GT200-series card with a GPU clocked at 589MHz and 16 stream processors clocked at 1,402MHz. Look familiar? It should, as it's little more than a rebranded GeForce 210. As far as we can tell, there's no physical change, despite the massive jump in model number.

instalai si eu acum demo-ul Dirt 2 si pot spune ca are grafica buna,controlul masinii este un pic greoi la inceput,dar te obisnuiesti destul de repede.Cele 2 masini din demo sunt insa cele mai slabe din joc si nici nu am facut vreun reglaj de control,deci banuiesc ca in jocul full nu o sa fie probleme.Cat despre numarul de fps-uri mie imi sta constant pe la 55,asta la 1680x1050,cu AA-ul la 8X,si tot,tot in blana,calitate ultra.

ok,numai ca eu stiu ca pentru a lega 3 monitoare la seria 5 trebuie ca unul din monitoare sa aiba disply port(placa video are 2 dvi-bine ca avem adaptoare-o iesire hdmi si un display port) si ma indoiesc ca vreunul din monitoarele tale sa aiba.Or avea la magazinele din oras adaptor display port-dvi ? http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/ro/ro...6-3929969.html

Ne-am dat dracu` acum.......nu ne mai place DVI si HDMI am scos DISPLAY PORT.....cititi si vedeti ce viteza impresionanta are in comparatie cu hdmi si dvi:

au aparut pe net primele rezultate cu varfurile de gama ale viitoarei seria 3 de la nvidia(gtx 380 si gtx 360) http://www.pc-waves.com/index.php/st...e-gtx-360--380 Testele includ jocurile Resident Evil 5, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky, Far Cry 2 și Crysis. Placa GeForce GTX 380 deține supremația în toate cele 4 benchmark-uri, învingând chiar și soluția dual-gpu HD 5970 de la ATI.
