Immobile & Savic extend Lazio deals
Lazio have announced that Ciro Immobile and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic have extended their contracts with the club until 2023.
The deals were confirmed in a statement on Lazio's official website, with Immobile put pen-to-paper on an improved contract worth €3,2 million per season.
Milinkovic-Savic, meanwhile, is thought to have signed on for €3 million plus bonuses and without a release clause.
The pair have missed just one match between them this season as the Aquile lie 7th in Serie A after 7 rounds of fixtures.

Roma lose Karsdorp & Perotti
AS Roma will be without Diego Perotti for around 3 weeks, while Rick Karsdorp has also picked up an injury.
The Giallorossi face Spal at the weekend before welcoming CSKA Moscow in the Champions League next midweek.
Eusebio Di Francesco's side then travel to face Napoli on 28 October, but they're likely to be without at least two players.
According to Sky, Perotti's calf injury will keep him out for around 3 weeks, as he has a lesion to the soleus muscle.
Karsdorp, meanwhile, has a thigh injury and is expected to spend around 10 days on the sidelines.
Ronaldo first to hit 400
Cristiano Ronaldo has made history as the first ever player to score 400 goals throughout Europe's top 5 leagues.
The Portuguese talent was on target again for Juventus today against Genoa for what was his fifth Serie A goal in the ninth appearance.
If this is added to his 311 goals in La Liga for Real Madrid and the 84 scored in the Premier League for Manchester United, the total comes to 400.
It took him 497 games in these 3 leagues to achieve the tally of 400 goals.
Unique double for Silvestre
Empoli defender Matias Silvestre has managed the impressive and rare feat of scoring for both teams in 2 different games this year.
He accidentally bundled the ball into his own net during the opening minutes of today's 3-3 draw with Frosinone, then made up for it by scoring in the correct goal.
The Argentine had already achieved it when playing for Sampdoria against Udinese last season, deflecting an Ali Adnan strike in the 2-1 Blucerchiati victory.
Weeks out for Nainggolan
Inter Milano have confirmed that Radja Nainggolan faces weeks out after spraining his ankle against AC Milan on Sunday.
Nainggolan came off worse for wear from a collision with Lucas Biglia during Inter's 1-0 win, and the Nerazzurri's official website confirmed tests showed he had sprained his left ankle.
Furthermore, the midfielder's condition will be reassessed in the coming weeks, suggesting he will miss Wednesday's Champions League trip to Barcelona at the very least.
However, Marcelo Brozovic and Ivan Perisic did not need tests for their respective knocks and should be fit for the clash at Camp Nou.

Audero makes Sampdoria history
Emil Audero has already made Sampdoria history, as the goalkeeper to have conceded fewest goals in his first 9 games.
The 21-year-old joined the Blucerchiati from Juventus this summer, on loan with an option to buy, but was expected to be backup to Emiliano Viviano.
The young Italian has made the starting spot his own though, and with just 4 goals conceded in 9 games Samp have the best defence in the division.
Not only that, Audero's start to his Sampdoria career is the best in history in terms of goals conceded so far.
He also currently has the best save percentage in Europe's top leagues at 87,5%.
Sampdoria have the option to buy Audero outright for €14 million, but Juventus have a counter-option to bring him back to Turin.
Hamsik sets Napoli record
Marek Hamsik matches the all-time record of 511 Napoli games this evening, set by Giuseppe Bruscolotti.
This will equal the club record set by former right-back Bruscolotti, who represented the club from 1972 to his retirement in 1988.
It's just adding to the club records Hamsik already possesses, including that of top scorer on 120 goals (leaving behind Diego Maradona's 115) and foreign player with the most games under his belt.
The Slovakia international has scored 100 Serie A goals, so is within reach of Atilla Sallustro's record of 106 for Napoli, which has lasted since 1937.
Edinson Cavani has the most goals in European competition for the club on 19, but Hamsik isn't too far behind on 15.
De Paul renews with Udinese
Days after receiving his first Argentina call-up, Rodrigo De Paul has renewed his Udinese contract until 2023.
The winger joined the Zebrette from Valencia in the summer of 2016, and has been included in the Albiceleste squad for the friendly with Mexico.
Today a Press conference was held at the Dacia ArenA where it was announced that he'll remain with the club until 2023.
"I'm happy to have the faith of the club", De Paul said.
"For a footballer that's crucial. In the summer there was more talk than was necessary, as far as I was concerned I'd spoken to the coach and the club and they made it clear I had a role in this project. The discussion ended there."
"Argentina ? Every player dreams of the national team. Argentina has a lot of champions and I'm excited to be part of this group."
"I already know several of the players, from Dybala to Pereyra. It's a heavy shirt to wear but I'm ready, I have the right mentality to take that responsibility."
Radu extends with Lazio
Lazio defender Stefan Radu has extended his contract with the Stadio Olimpico side to June 2021.
As he just turned 32-year-old last month, this effectively means he intends to see out his career with the Biancocelesti.
The Romania international first joined Lazio in January 2008 from Dinamo Bucharest and his previous contract ran to June 2020.
Radu has made 323 competitive appearances in a Lazio jersey, scoring 7 goals with 18 assists.

Dzeko & El Shaarawy out for 3 weeks
Edin Dzeko and Stephan El Shaarawy are expected to be out for around 3 weeks, with the AS Roma pair aiming to return to face Juventus.
The Giallorossi are in the midst of an injury crisis, and they face Inter at Stadio Olimpico on Sunday night.
Dzeko missed the Real Madrid defeat in midweek, while El Shaarawy had to be taken off after just 22 minutes.
According to Sky, both players are expected to be out for around 3 weeks, but could be back to face Juventus at the end of December.
Javier Pastore and Diego Perotti both returned to training yesterday, so should be in the squad to face the Nerazzurri, while Lorenzo Pellegrini may also be fit.
Zamparini sold Palermo
Maurizio Zamparini has officially sold Palermo to a company in London for €10 million, announced the Serie B club, with a touching goodbye letter.
Negotiations had been at a very advanced stage when a statement was released last month, but the deal has now been closed.
Zamparini had been at the helm since buying Palermo from then-Roma president Franco Sensi in 2002.
The Rosanero are currently top of the Serie B table and drew 0-0 with Benevento last night.
