Sarri confirmed as new Juventus coach
Maurizio Sarri has been confirmed as the new manager of Juventus after leaving Chelsea and putting pen-to-paper on a 3-year deal with the Italian champions.
The 60-year-old replaces Massimiliano Allegri at the Allianz Stadium after leading the Blues to Europa League glory in Azerbaijan last month and steering his side to a third place finish in the Premier League in his one and only season in the English capital.
Despite that success, Sarri struggled to win over the Stamford Bridge faithful and now returns to Serie A just 12 months after leaving Napoli.
Outside of his 12-month stint in west London, Sarri has spent his entire career in Italian football, managing the likes of Perugia, Empoli and Napoli before making the switch to Stamford Bridge in 2018.

Chiellini set for lengthy spell out
Juventus have confirmed that veteran defender Giorgio Chiellini has suffered a ruptured cruciate ligament in his right knee.
