FC Sevilla seal Mbia loan switch
QPR midfielder Stephane Mbia has moved to FC Sevilla on a season-long loan deal.
Mbia joined QPR from Olympique Marseille at the start of last season as part of the deal that saw Joey Barton go in the opposite direction on loan.
The Cameroon international, 27-year-old, was part of the QPR side that finished bottom of the Premier League last term but has not featured in the Championship for Harry Redknapp's side this season.
FC Sevilla have taken one point from their opening 2 games of the new La Liga campaign, but enjoyed a 4-1 Europa League success over Slask Wroclaw on Thursday.
Laudrup set to move for Odemwingie
Michael Laudrup has admitted he is interested in a move for West Bromwich striker Peter Odemwingie.
The Dane is keen to provide competition for close-season signing Wilfried Bony up-front after releasing Luke Moore and telling Leroy Lita he is free to find a new club.
And Odemwingie could fit the bill, with the Nigeria international not featuring in Steve Clarke's matchday squad for West Bromwich's first 2 Premier League fixtures.
Odemwingie has been frozen out of the first team picture at The Hawthorns after angling for a move to QPR in January.
He moved to West Bromwich from Lokomotiv Moscow in August 2010.
