Real Madrid will be deprived of defenders Pepe and Fabio Coentrao for next week's UEFA Champions League Group D meeting with Ajax.
The Portuguese internationals, who both played throughout Real's 1-0 win at Dinamo Zagreb on matchday 1, picked up injuries during Sunday's 1-0 La Liga reverse at Levente.
Subsequent tests have shown that centre-back Pepe suffered a tear to his left thigh, while left-back Coentrao sustained a similar injury in his left calf. Neither player is expected to be available for the next 2 weeks.
Jose Mourinho's side welcome Ajax to Santiago Bernabeu next Tuesday, with Olympique Lyon then visiting the Spanish capital on 18 October.
