I recommend to have a clean Windows without errors or virus or corrupt files

Because when you try to login the anti-cheat read your system and if he found anything suspicious you'll automatically be blocked temporarily

I recommend when you open Launcher run as administrator to avoid problems

Some players maybe have this problems when you try to connect
