We are seeking an outgoing and articulate individual to join our customer service team. Ideal candidates will possess well-developed communication skills and a strong understanding of motor vehicle components, specifically suspension systems. Exceptional Customer Service technicians will have the opportunity to grow into commissioned sales positions as well as a variety of career paths related to ecommerce marketing.
We are not looking for a customer service to answer the phone!
Skills:
-Automotive technical degree or related, relevant knowledge (it is a plus) -Excellent communication skills -Comfortable working in a Microsoft Windows environment -Strong attention to detail -Team-player mentality -An impeccable command of the English Language, especially the Written Word -Good typing skills. -Works as a problem-solver, treats others in a respectful and supportive manner. -Easily adaptable to changes. -An ability to work to deadlines -An ability to work fast and without mistakes
