din Windows in niciun caz nu poti sa faci asta
cautai si eu pe Google si nu prea gasii nimico sa mai caut, ca si pe mine ma intereseaza

acum problema e ca nu stiu cum sa aflu System ID-ul unui folder...
gasii cum, dar e mult prea complicat. sa vad daca gasesc o metoda mai usoara
facui cu ID-ul din exemplul de mai sus (ID-ul de la Control Panel). dar uite unde apare:
deci nu cred ca se poate face unde vrei tu. asta e.

Stiu aia cu registry cu control panel o gasisem si eu, dar am pierdut-o.
In fine nu prea te ajuta chestia cu control panel, ca in acel director nu poti sa stergi si sa pui altceva.
Ideea era daca poti adauga un folder normal in start menu si asta cand duci mouseul peste el sa se extinda ca un folder din All Programs.
Faza este ca poti pune un forlder in Start Menu acolo sub internet si e-mail, dar nu il face expanding, dai click pe el si iti deschide o fereastra.
Daca pui un folder in documents and settin...\user\start programs\folder
apare expandable dar apare deasupra in All Programs. Ideea era sa apara si in primul meniu de start.
