Insigne signs new Napoli deal
Lorenzo Insigne has ended speculation linking the attacker with a move to the Premier League by signing a new contract at Napoli.
Liverpool and Arsenal were reportedly interested in the Italy international, who has committed his future to the Serie A side until 2022.
Insigne - who has hit 14 league goals and recorded 7 assists for Napoli in Serie A this season - was delighted to confirm he will be staying at the club.
"I'm happy: my childhood dream has finally come true", Insigne said at a press conference.
"I must say thanks to Sarri and my team-mates if I'm recognised as a leader of this squad."

Buffon rested for Genoa game
Gianluigi Buffon has been left out of the Juventus squad for the Serie A leaders' home game against Genoa on Sunday.
Buffon has been rested after his exploits in the Champions League in midweek, when he kept a clean sheet in the face of a Barcelona barrage at Camp Nou to see Juve through to the semi-finals.
Neto is expected to take the gloves against Genoa in the absence of the 39-year-old goalkeeper, while Miralem Pjanic is not included as the Bosnian midfielder is suspended.
Juan Cuadrado features in Massimiliano Allegri's 24-man squad despite carrying an injury, while Claudio Marchisio returns after missing the Barca clash with a calf problem.

Juventus defender Daniele Rugani is set for a spell on the sidelines due to injury.
The 22-year-old centre-back missed the 2-2 Serie A draw away to Atalanta on Friday and has now been diagnosed with a minor leg fracture.

Strootman 2-match diving ban
AS Roma midfielder Kevin Strootman received a 2-match Serie A ban for simulation against Lazio, meaning he'll be suspended against AC Milan and Juventus.
The Dutch international won a penalty in Sunday's 3-1 defeat at the Stadio Olimpico, but multiple replays showed clearly that Wallace never made contact with Strootman's ankle.
This evening the Disciplinary Commission found Strootman guilty of "serious unsporting behaviour" and given a 2-match ban.

"It's Totti's final year"
Monchi confirms that Francesco Totti will retire at the end of the season - "then he'll start as a director".
The 40-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season, meaning his final game will be on Sunday 28 May against Genoa at Stadio Olimpico.
"In terms of Totti, I already knew that there was an agreement with the club that this would be his final year as a player, then he'd start as a director", Monchi announced in his presentation today.
"Francesco is Roma, I want to be as close to him as possible. I'd love to learn even 1% of the huge amount that he knows."

Dzeko out of crucial Juve clash
AS Roma striker Edin Dzeko will miss Sunday's crucial Serie A clash with table-toppers Juventus due to a calf injury.
The fixture represents Roma's last chance to try to reel in Juve as Massimiliano Allegri's side will secure the Scudetto if the hosts fail to win at the Stadio Olimpico.
Bosnia international Dzeko's 27 league goals have helped the Giallorossi cling onto the coattails of the Turin giants all season, but a 6th-straight title looks on the cards for Juve, who are 7 points above Roma with 3 games to play.
However, he will not play at the weekend after picking up a calf strain, which is expected to take 10 days to heal.

AS Roma sell out Olimpico for expected Totti farewell
AS Roma have confirmed that the Stadio Olimpico has officially sold out for the visit of Genoa on 28 May, which is expected to be Francesco Totti's final game for the club.
Tickets went on sale early on Friday and were sold within hours as the hashtag #Tottiday spread on social media.
The capacity crowd of 68,530 could witness Totti's last appearance for AS Roma after 25 years with the first team.
New sporting director Monchi stated last week that he expects Totti to retire at the end of the season and take up a director role at the club, although the 40-year-old himself has yet to make any announcement as to his plans.
The forward issued a message via his official Twitter account on Wednesday to make it clear that he will discuss his future only after Roma's last 3 Serie A matches against Juventus, Chievo and Genoa.
Khedira out of Coppa Italia Final
Sami Khedira is expected to miss the Coppa Italia Final due to injury, Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri has confirmed.
The Germany international suffered a hamstring problem just 10 minutes into the second leg of the Champions League semi-finals tie with AS Monaco on Tuesday.
Khedira insisted afterwards that the injury was "nothing serious" and it was hoped that he would be ready for the Coppa showdown with Lazio on 17 May.
Allegri, however, says the midfielder will be sidelined for that game and the next 2 Serie A matches against AS Roma and Crotone.
He is also a doubt for the last league game of the season against Bologna and, crucially, the Champions League Final against Real Madrid on 3 June.
Khedira has been a crucial part of Juve's Treble charge this season, making 44 appearances in all competitions and scoring 5 goals.

SPAL seal promotion to Serie A
SPAL secured a dramatic promotion to Serie A after 49 years out of the Italian top flight despite falling to a 2-1 defeat at Ternana on Saturday.
With promotion rivals Frosinone drawing their game going into the closing stages it looked as though SPAL's promotion party would be delayed, until Fabio Ceravolo struck deep in injury-time to give Benevento a 2-1 win in that match.
SPAL played in the third tier Lega Pro last season and have now secured back-to-back promotions to reach Serie A under head coach Leonardo Semplici, with the club set to face off against giants including Juventus, AC Milan and Inter next season.

Mandzukic extends Juventus deal
Mario Mandzukic has signed a one-year contract extension with Serie A champions Juventus to tie him to the club until 2020.
Juve announced on Thursday that the Croatia international has signed fresh terms to retain his services for the next 3 years.
Mandzukic, 31-year-old, joined Juve from Atletico Madrid in 2015 for a transfer fee that could rise to €21 million.
The forward has been a crucial part of Juve's season, having played 48 times in all competitions, scoring 10 goals.
Mandzukic has adapted to a new position under Massimiliano Allegri in the second half of the campaign, moving to a role as a wide attacker as opposed to a centre-forward.
He scored in the second leg of the Champions League semi-finals win over AS Monaco and netted in Saturday's 3-0 victory over Crotone, a result which sealed a 6th consecutive league title for Juve.
Francesco Totti has scored 250 league goals for AS Roma; more than any other Serie A player in history has managed for a single club.
Mertens renews Napoli deal
Dries Mertens has signed a new contract that will keep him at Napoli until June 2020.
The Belgium international's previous deal was due to expire in 2018 and recent reports suggested he could be on his way out of the Stadio San Paolo, with a number of Premier League sides believed to be interested in signing the 30-year-old.
Nevertheless, Mertens has now ended all speculation about his future by signing a 2-year extension with Napoli, although his new deal includes a clause that allows him to leave for the Chinese Super League for a set fee.
Mertens has been in superb form for Napoli in 2016-2017, scoring 33 goals in 45 appearances in all competitions.
The former PSV attacker has netted 27 times in Serie A and is trailing AS Roma striker Edin Dzeko by one goal in the race for the top scorer title, with Napoli meeting Sampdoria on Sunday in their final game of the season.

Kean makes history with Juve winner
Moise Kean struck his first Juventus goal in the 94th minute of the club's win at Bologna on Saturday and became the first player born in the 21st century to net in any of the top 5 European leagues.
Champions Juve looked to be heading for a draw in their final match of the Serie A season, but Kean nodded beyond Angelo Da Costa deep into stoppage time to secure a 2-1 away success.
And as well as tallying his maiden goal for the Bianconeri, the 17-year-old made history as the first player born in the year 2000 to score in Serie A, La Liga, Ligue 1, the Bundesliga or the Premier League.
Kean, who celebrated wildly with the Juve supporters after heading into the net, was making just his third league appearance.
Inter announce Palacio & Carrizo departures
Rodrigo Palacio will leave Inter Milano at the end of the 2016-2017 season, the Serie A club announced on Sunday ahead of the final game of the campaign.
The Argentine striker hit 58 goals in all competitions for Inter in his 5 years at Meazza, making 166 appearances for the Nerazzuri.
However, this season he has been used as a squad player and has only started 3 Serie A matches and failed to score in the league.
Reserve goalkeeper Juan Pablo Carrizo is also leaving the club, Palacio's countryman having made 26 appearances for Inter.

Edin Dzeko has ended the season as Serie A's most prolific striker and equalled AS Roma's club record of 29 goals scored in a single league campaign, set by Rodolfo Volk in 1930-1931.
A close-range effort 10 minutes into Sunday's 3-2 win over Genoa ensured the 31-year-old striker became the first Bosnian player to win the Capocannoniere, fending off the challenge of Dries Mertens who scored in Napoli's 4-2 win over Sampdoria to take his own total to 28.
Dzeko has scored 8 goals in Roma's last 8 matches to make this term his most successful - the striker having scored 26 goals in the Bundesliga for VfL Wolfsburg in 2008-2009 - and his form has been vital to Roma's second-place finish.
